PPO Dental Insurance
Northfield Dental Office welcomes patients with and without dental insurance. We are "In-network" with most dental PPO insurance plans.
How Dental Insurance Works
Your dental insurance coverage benefits are based on an agreement between your employer and the dental insurance company. Although your dental insurance premiums have risen each year, the amount of yearly dental coverage has not. Dental insurance was designed to defray the costs of dental care by paying a portion of your covered services. Unfortunately, except for preventive care, your dental insurance company will never pay the entire amount of your dental treatment.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit your dental insurance claim to your insurance company on your behalf. We will only ask you to pay your estimated dental insurance co-pay at the time of service. Please be aware, there are times when your insurance company will not pay their estimated portion and you will be asked for the remainder of the fee to pay for your treatment.
Our knowledgeable staff will do everything in their power to help you maximize the dental insurance benefits you have. If there are dental procedures that your insurance does not cover OR you have a balance after the insurance makes a payment, we have payment options.

Dental Technology
We use dental management software to help us schedule your appointments, process and track insurance and handle the financial aspects of your dental care.
We use digital x-rays and an intra-oral camera to give us a true picture of your dental health above and below the tissue.
